Junk removal FAQ
Answers to the questions we hear most. Don't see yours? Call or text us.
How much does junk removal cost in Philadelphia?
Every job is different, so we give free quotes. Pricing is based mainly on how much space your items take in the truck. Text photos or call for your price, and we confirm it on site before we start.
Do you offer same-day junk removal?
Often, yes. Call or text in the morning and we'll fit you in the same day whenever the schedule allows.
What areas do you serve?
All of Philadelphia, plus Bucks County, Montgomery County, and Delaware County.
What won't you take?
Hazardous materials: paint with liquid in it, chemicals, propane tanks, fuel, asbestos, and medical waste.
Do you donate or recycle?
Yes. Usable furniture and household goods are donated when charities will accept them, and metal, appliances, cardboard, and electronics are recycled.
How do I get a quote?
Text photos to (267) 838-2058, fill out our online form, or book a free on-site estimate. Photo quotes usually come back within the hour during business hours.
Do I need to be there?
Not always. If we can access the items, we can do the job while you're away and you can pay remotely.
How do I pay?
We accept cash, card, and common payment apps. Commercial and estate clients can be invoiced.
Do you move items between rooms or homes?
We're a removal service, not a moving company. We can move items within the property to get to what's going, but we don't deliver items to a new home.
Do you clean up after?
Yes. We sweep the area where items were removed. Full cleanouts are left broom-clean.
Can you take items from inside my apartment building?
Yes. Let us know about freight elevator reservations, loading docks, or certificate of insurance requirements when you book.
Is there anything extra for stairs?
Our pricing includes normal stairs and carrying. Very heavy items like pianos, safes, concrete, or hot tubs are quoted separately.
