About Aaron the Junk Hauler

A local hauler who actually picks up the phone

Aaron the Junk Hauler is a Philadelphia junk removal and cleanout company. We started it because getting rid of stuff in this city is harder than it should be. Rowhome stairs are tight, there's nowhere to park a dumpster, and the City's bulk pickup has limits on what and how much it takes.

When you call, you talk to Aaron or someone on his crew, not a call center. We give you a straight price, show up when we say we will, and do the heavy lifting.

How we work

• Upfront pricing, confirmed before we start
• We do all the lifting and carrying
• Donate and recycle before we dump
• Respect for your home and your neighbors
• We sweep up when we're done
• Clear communication from quote to clean floor

Who we help

Homeowners, renters, families settling an estate, executors handling probate properties, landlords and property managers, real estate agents getting a listing ready, and contractors who need debris gone. We cover all of Philadelphia plus Bucks, Montgomery, and Delaware Counties.

25 years in Philadelphia real estate

Aaron has been a licensed real estate agent since 2001. That's a big reason families handling an estate or a probate property call us. He's sold many of the houses he's cleaned out, and he has a network of buyers and investors who buy homes in any condition.

When a cleanout is the first step toward selling, you get someone who knows what the house is worth and how to get it sold, in any market. He compares every option and every offer so his clients don't leave money on the table. Out-of-state families never have to come to Philadelphia. Everything, including the sale, can be handled online.
