We work around your family
Families usually want to go through the house first and keep what matters. Take the time you need. When you're ready, mark what stays, and we'll clear out the rest. If family members live out of town, we can work from a walkthrough video or a list and send photos as we go.
As we work, we watch for documents, photos, jewelry, cash, keys, and anything else you ask us to set aside. Those go in a box for you, not in the truck.
Donate first, dump last
Estates are full of things that still have life in them: furniture, kitchenware, linens, books, and tools. Usable items go to local charities when they'll accept them. Metal and appliances get recycled. You can ask for a list of where things went for your records.
Working with realtors and estate sale companies
If an estate sale is planned, we come in after it ends and clear what didn't sell. If the house is going on the market, we can coordinate directly with your agent so it's empty and broom-clean before the listing photos.

Need to sell the house too?
Aaron is also a licensed real estate agent and has sold many of the homes his crew has cleaned out. He can list the house on the open market or bring it to his network of buyers and investors for a fast, as-is sale. You'll see both options with real numbers. Can we keep some items?
Of course. Tag them, list them, or set them in one room. We'll only remove what you tell us to.
What happens to things that are still usable?
We donate usable furniture and household goods to local charities when they'll accept them, and recycle metal, appliances, and electronics.
I live out of state. Can you still help?
Yes. We can work from a video walkthrough, coordinate with a neighbor or realtor for access, and send photos when the job is done.
Can you help sell the house after the cleanout?
Yes. Aaron is a licensed real estate agent and can sell the home on the open market or to his network of investors, whichever brings the best result for the family.
Do you work with estate sale companies?
Yes. We regularly come in after the sale to clear everything that didn't sell.

Junk removal and cleanout services are provided by Aaron the Junk Hauler. You never have to list your home with us to hire us for a cleanout, or the other way around.
